here goes…

There was never a time in my life when I considered starting a blog, nor did I think I’d ever actually start one, for any reason. That isn’t to say that I was unaware of them, growing up in early 00s, I frequently heard, read, or came across them from time-to-time.

Anyway…it is my time now. I’m not opposed to it as much as I thought I’d be. That could be the result of maturing, it being a necessity, or the fact that I’ve been making my being more active on social media a priority for novel’s sake, or a combination of all.

I already feel like I’m “talking,” too much. But I’ll press on.

A bit about the site, If you haven’t figured it out yet, clicking or pressing on the feather icon takes you back to the homepage (took me a second to realize it). The blog is the blog; The vlog will feature time-lapse videos of me working on various projects that tie into writing or processes of artwork created by K.JEAN that pertains to my various written projects; The roadmap is just that, an inside look at my timeline, some things could possibly change.

There will be a monthly newsletter that will contain short stories, some will be from the world of my upcoming fantasy novel (debut Jun 2026). It will also contain various resources for writers that I come across while trying learning to navigate the publishing process. My favorite part of the newsletter will feature a book review column. I’ll be selecting a novel at random from independent author’s a providing a review on it. I haven’t figure out if I’ll use a star or numbered rating system but I have time to figured it out. The newsletter will be released on the first of each month starting on the first of February. I am open to recommendation or submissions by any indie authors that sign-up for the newsletter, just provide your email in the comment section of the blog post and your book.
